20-03-23 XI MOULD INDUSTRY CONGRESS
By the 17th and 18th March, Barreiros attended the XI mould congress held at the Municipal Theater of Oliveira de Azeméis, where about 400 people were present from various places, mainly from Oliveira de Azeméis and Marinha Grande.
Barreiros welcomes the excellent initiative promoted by CEFAMOL, supported by the Municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis with the opening of a renovated space, suitable for this type of events.
The panels of speakers with industry orientation brought added value to the congressmen. (Renault, Stellantis, Bosch and many other)
To retain are the key ideas such as the orientation to efficiency, sector cooperation and specialized training of human resources, which we support and echo for its implementation.
Of course as emphasized by Tiago Sacchetti - BOSCH Consulting Services, the need for innovation (and data collect and treatment) within the so called vertical organization, must be present and treated as a process towards all strategic goals;
Nevertheless innovation in overall sectors but in moulds sector in particular, cannot be a burden, but a support tool as much upstream as it can be located, so all processes can apply its core flow and hence benefit from it within the internal value chain, and to foster for competitiveness and differentiation.
